Police are investigating the armed robbery of a person at a service station in Rocklea this morning.
At 7.30am, a man entered the Ipswich Road business and removed some items before leaving the premises without paying.
The man produced a knife when the 27-year-old male attendant approached him about paying for the items.
The man returned to the store and made demands for the employee’s car keys.
He left the scene in a stolen 2004 silver Ford Falcon with Queensland registration 246HQB, and was last seen travelling south towards Granard Road.
No-one was physically injured.
Investigations are continuing.
