Police are investigating the armed robbery of a sports club at Richlands this afternoon.
Around 5.10pm a man walked into the Pine Road premises and attended the bar area where he threatened staff with a knife.
He removed cash from the till before running from the building.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as being about 190cm tall with a proportionate build, dark complexion, brown eyes and a distinct mark near his left eye, above his cheek bone.
It is believed he spoke with a Pacific Islander accent.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
