3 December 2013 – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Ipswich

Police are searching for a man who attempted to rob a convenience store in Ipswich last night.
Around 7.40pm the man was wearing a motorcycle helmet when he walked into the Warwick Road store and produced a knife in the direction of the shop attendant.
For unknown reasons, the man turned around and fled the scene.
No one was physically injured and nothing was stolen during the incident.
The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 168cm tall with a slim build and wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and a black motorcycle helmet.
Police investigations are continuing.
