4 December 2013 – Armed Robbery – Supermarket – Morningside

Police are investigating after a supermarket was robbed by a man at Morningside last night.
Around 9.30pm a man entered the Thynne Road business armed with a handgun and demanded money from the male shop assistant.
After receiving cash the man then ran from the store.
No one was physically injured during the robbery.
The man is described as Caucasian, 165-170cm tall, of medium build and was wearing dark coloured pants, a dark coloured top with a hood up and dark framed glasses.
