12 December 2013 – Armed Robbery – Tavern – West Ryde

Police are appealing for information following an armed robbery in West Ryde yesterday.
About 11pm (Wednesday 11 December 2013), three men, one armed with a knife and two armed with shortened barrel firearms, entered a tavern on West Parade, demanding cash.
They fled the scene a short time later with cash, in a white small sedan driven by a fourth man.
The car was last seen driving along Anthony Lane.
Police were called and a crime scene has been established.
Detectives attached to the Ryde Local Area Command would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has information.
No one was injured in the incident.
