Police are investigating the armed robbery of a hotel at Burpengary for the second time since this month.
Around 8.15 last night a man, allegedly armed with a firearm, entered the hotel on the Bruce Highway Eastern Service Road and demanded cash from staff.
The man left the hotel with an amount of money and entered a waiting car.
No one was physically injured as a result of the robbery.
The man is described as wearing dark clothing.
The same hotel was subject to an armed robbery on January 1. Police believe the two robberies are linked.
Investigations are continuing, and police are urging anyone that may have information that could assist their investigation to contact police.
