Western Adelaide Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a Rosewater supermarket last night. At 8.40pm, a man entered the Foodland on Grand Junction Road, Rosewater and jumped the counter where an employee was working. He used a hammer to pry open a drawer, stole cash, and ran off towards Leader Street. No one was injured during the robbery. Police searched the area with the assistance of a dog patrol, but the offender has not been located. The suspect is described as a man of Caucasian appearance, 170 cm tall, medium build, aged in his mid 40s.
