Police are investigating a break-in and theft of an ATM at the Mount Compass Tavern early this morning. Just before 3am, police were called to the tavern on Victor Harbor Road after an alarm activation. Witnesses reported seeing a black ute leaving the tavern dragging an ATM. Upon arrival at the tavern patrols discovered a vehicle had been used to gain entry and steal the ATM. A substantial amount of damage has been caused to the tavern. The car is described as a black V8 ute and will have rear end damage. It’s believed two men entered the premises, chained the ATM to the ute and drove off. The men are described as Caucasian, in their early 20s, tall and slim. They were both wearing jumpers; one was wearing a baseball cap. – See more at: http://www.sapolicenews.com.au/more-news/22032-atm-stolen-from-mount-compass.html#sthash.Cn381yxW.dpuf
