3 March 2014 – Update – Arrest – Armed Robbery – Hotel/Club/Bank – Willaston/Berri/Virginia

Detectives from Serious and Organised Crime Branch have arrested a 40-year-old Evanston Park man for two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of attempted aggravated robbery.

The robberies were allegedy committed at the Willaston Hotel on 1 November 2013 and the Berri Club on 23 December 2013.  The attempted robbery occurred at a bank in Virginia on 24 August 2013.  He was refused police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court tomorrow.
