Police are appealing for information from the public following an armed robbery at a hotel in Wallacia in Sydney’s west overnight.
About 10.20pm on Wednesday 26 March 2014, two female employees were closing the Mulgoa Road hotel for the night.
Two men, one armed with a handgun, entered the hotel and threatened the staff forcing them to sit on the floor. The men then took an amount of cash from the office area and left the hotel.
No one was injured during the incident.
The first man was wearing a dark blue long sleeved hooded top, black pants and white shoes. The second man was wearing a black long sleeved hooded jumper, black track pants with writing down the left leg and white shoes. Both men were also wearing balaclavas.
Police and Dog Squad Unit attended and canvassed the area, however the men were not located.
Investigations are continuing.
