Police are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery at Strathfield overnight.
About 11.10pm (Thursday 15 May 2014), two men wearing balaclavas entered a hotel on Liverpool Road armed with a knife and tomahawk.
The pair allegedly threatened a female staff member, demanding money.
The staff member complied and the men were last seen leaving the hotel with cash.
There were no reports of injury during the incident.
Officers from Flemington Local Area Command attended the hotel and established a crime scene.
Detectives would now like to speak to two men who they believe may be able to assist with inquiries.
The first man is described as being approximately 180cm tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded top, white pants, light-coloured shoes, and yellow disposable gloves.
The second man is described as being approximately 175cm tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hooded top, black pants, black shoes, and gloves.
