Police are investigating the armed robbery of a fast food restaurant at Roselands overnight.

Police have been told it was 10.20pm (Friday 30 May 2014), when a man entered the business and threatened two people with a knife, demanding cash.

He took cash from the till and left the scene before police were alerted.

A crime scene was established and an investigation is now underway.

Police want to speak with a man they believe can assist with their inquiries.

He’s described as being about 170cm tall, with a large/obese build, olive complexion, black beard, black hooded jumper and black tracksuit pants. At the time he had his face covered and was holding a silver knife.
