Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at Noarlunga Downs tonight.

Just after 8.30pm, two men approached a taxi driver on Bedlington Court, one of the men threatened the driver with a knife.

The driver immediately got out of the taxi before the two men stole it.

With the assistance of GPS the taxi was tracked to Marshall Street in Morphett Vale where it was found abandoned.

The victim was not physically injured.

Patrols cordoned off the area and a police dog conducted a search, unfortunately no-one was located.

Both suspects are described as men of Caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, both aged in their early 20’s one wearing a grey hooded jumper the other wearing a cream hooded jumper.
