Police are investigating the armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver at Tennyson, in the Hawkesbury area, on the weekend.
About 11pm, Sunday 20 July 2014, a 50-year-old woman was working as a pizza delivery driver when she attended a house on Tennyson Road.
The woman knocked at the front door of the house but was unable to raise anyone
She walked back to her car when she was approached by a man armed with a rifle. The man demanded and was handed the pizzas and cash before the woman left the area.
No shots were fired and no one was injured in the robbery.
Detectives from Hawkesbury Local Area Command are continuing investigations into the robbery and are attempting to identify and locate the armed man.
He has been described as being of Caucasian appearance with a fair complexion, slim build, 170cm tall and wearing black sunglasses, a grey and black hooded jumper and dark-coloured pants.
