24 July 2014 – Armed Robbery – BWS Bottle Shop – Angle Vale

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a BWS bottle shop at Angle Vale tonight.

At about 6.30pm, a man armed with a knife entered the Heaslip Road store and threatened staff with a knife demanding money.

The man ran off with an amount of cash, alcohol and a wallet.  No one was physically injured.

The suspect is described as a man of Caucasian appearance, aged between 28-30 years, approximately 183cm tall with a medium build.

He was wearing a black Drizabone jacket with the hood over his head, blue trousers and white sneakers.

A photo of the suspect was captured by CCTV and released by Elizabeth Police.
