9 September 2014 – Armed Robbery – Take Away Shop – Elizabeth East

Elizabeth police are investigating an armed robbery earlier tonight where a man wielding a knife robbed a take-away shop at Elizabeth East.

Just before 8pm, a man armed with a knife, threatened staff at the shop on Spruance Road stealing cash from the till.

The male suspect who fled on foot is described as about 35-years-old with black hair, wearing dark clothing and had a beanie pulled down partially covering his face.

There were no injuries.
