Police have charged a 27-year-old man following investigations into an armed robbery that occurred in Ningi on September 7.
It will be alleged around 6.10pm, a man armed with a knife entered a supermarket on Caboolture Bribie Island Road and threatened the shop assistant before fleeing with a sum of cash.
No one was injured during the incident.
The 27-year-old Woodend was charged with one count each of armed robbery and enter premises with intent to commit an indictable offence.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear in the Ipswich Magistrates Court on September 30.
