16 October 2014 – Armed Robbery – Deli – Andrews Farm

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a deli in Andrews Farm last night.
Just before 8pm on Wednesday 15 October, a man armed with a knife entered Top Shopz deli on President Avenue, Andrews Farm, threatened staff and demanded money. The man was last seen running off west down Victory Court with an amount of cash.
No one was injured during the incident.
Police set up cordons in the area and a police dog searched the vicinity but the suspect was not located.
He is described as of Caucasian appearance, aged in his early 20s, with short dark stubble and spoke with an Australian accent. He was wearing a dark jumper with a grey hood, a yellow beanie under the hood, black pants, black sneakers with a white stripe down the side, white gloves and a black bum bag.
