A man has been arrested after robbing a restaurant at Seaton last night.
Police will allege that at about 9.30pm, a man armed with a knife entered the restaurant on Tapleys Hill Road and threatened staff, before running away with an amount of cash.
Patrols searched the area and with the assistance of a police dog, the suspect was located a few hours later.
A 34-year-old Seaton man was charged with aggravated robbery, and was bailed to appear in court at a later date.
