Police are appealing for information after an attempted armed robbery at a brothel in Greenacre overnight.

About 10.30pm (Saturday 6 December, 2014) police were called to Norfolk Road after reports two men entered the premises, one armed with a knife, and demanded money.

An employee ran into the kitchen and grabbed a knife and the two men fled the area empty handed.

The first man has been described to police as Middle Eastern/Mediterranean in appearance, with black hair shaved at the sides and the top slicked back into a pony tail. He was wearing a black long sleeve shirt, which had a red lined hood, light coloured pants and white shoes.
The second man has been described to police as wearing a black hooded jumper, with white print on the front, dark Henley brand tracksuit pants, dark coloured balaclava and was in possession of a large knife
Police attended and established a crime scene. Investigations into the incident are continuing
