7 December 2014 – Armed Robbery – Deli – Taperoo

Police are investigating an attempted robbery at Taperoo last night, where a staff member of a deli was threatened with a knife.
At about 9.50pm, a man entered the Taperoo Deli on Victoria Road and jumped on to the counter, demanding money.
When the male staff member refused, the man then left the store and running away in a westerly direction.
No one was injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as being aged between 18-20 years old, Aboriginal appearance, slim build, 170cm tall and was wearing a grey hooded jumper, dark-coloured shorts, white socks and dark-coloured shoes
