23 December 2014 – Armed Robbery – Cafe – Henley Beach

Police are investigating a robbery at a Henley Beach cafe early this morning.
Just before 6am, a man forced his way through a rear door into a café on Seaview Road.
The man, wearing a hoodie and armed with a pole, confronted a cleaner, but she managed to run from the store and raise the alarm. The man fled the store on foot with an amount of cash.
The victim was not physically injured during the incident.
Police attended and searched the area but were unable to locate the man.
