5 January 2015 – Armed Robbery – Licensed Premises – Wishart

Police are investigating after a licenced premises was robbed at Wishart last night.
Around 9.30pm a man entered the Newnham Rd business and approached an attendant at the bar. The man was armed with a metal bar and demanded money.
After taking cash the man left the business and was last seen getting into a dark coloured SUV style vehicle on Delavan Street.
The attendant was not physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as 180cm tall, of Caucasian appearance and was wearing a white short sleeved shirt and jeans and had his face obscured by cloth
