Police have released CCTV images and are appealing for witnesses following an armed robbery at a convenience store in Eastwood.

About 1.40pm (Tuesday 17 February 2015), a 31-year-old woman was working at the counter of a shop on Terry Road, when three men entered with their faces covered.

One of the men allegedly threatened the attendant with a knife. Another man grabbed a large number of confectionary products and cigarettes while the third kept watch.

The three men ran from the store and were seen fleeing in a grey sedan toward Darvall Road.

Police were called and officers from Ryde Local Area Command attended commencing an investigation.

The attendant was not injured during the incident.

A search was conducted of the area but the three men were not located.

Investigators would like to speak to a man depicted in CCTV footage who may be able to assist with their inquiries. He is described as about 180cm tall, thin build and is shown wearing a black t-shirt and black pants and talking to the attendant. His right arm is heavily tattooed between his below and wrist.
