Police investigating the armed robbery of a pharmacy in Guildford last month have released CCTV images.

About 12.50pm on Tuesday 10 February 2015, a man wearing a hooded jacket entered a pharmacy on Guildford Road.

The man threatened the female attendant with a knife, demanding money and prescription drugs.

She complied and the man left the pharmacy with cash and drugs. He was last seen running towards Collins Lane.

Police from Rosehill Local Area Command were notified of the incident and attended the location.

Investigators have now released CCTV footage of a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

The man has been described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, with a solid build, and full beard. He is depicted in CCTV wearing a dark coloured beanie, black West Tigers jacket, red shorts, sunglasses, and carrying a bag.

Anyone with information about the robbery or the man’s identity is urged to contact police.
