At about 8pm, a man entered the service station on Hutt Street, Adelaide, and stole cash and cigarettes, before fleeing on foot. The attendant was not injured during the robbery.

Police patrols searched the area and located a man matching the description of the suspect in a nearby service station on Pulteney Street, just before 9pm.
