Police are investigating following an armed robbery at a bowling club at Belfield last night.
About 10.20pm (Thursday 28 May 2015), three men, allegedly armed with knives, approached a staff member as he left the business on Margaret Street.
The men threatened the employee and forced him back into the building; he handed over cash and the group left the scene.
Police from Campsie Local Area Command were called and established a crime scene.
Investigations are continuing and police would like to speak with three men who may be able to assist with inquiries.
All three were dressed in dark-coloured hooded jumpers and pants. The first man is described as 170cm to 175cm tall, about 90kg, with a heavy build, aged in his mid 20s; the second man was about 165cm to 170cm tall, about 75kg, with an athletic build, aged in his early 20s; and the third man was about 160cm to 165cm tall, about 75kg to 80kg, with an obese build, aged in his early 20s.
