Police are investigating an armed robbery outside a brothel in Coffs Harbour last night.
About 11.30pm (Sunday 8 February 2015), the manager of a brothel on Orlando Street was about to leave the premises in his car when he was approached by two men.
The men allegedly threatened the 61-year-old before running from the scene with an amount of cash.
The 61-year-old man received a small gaze to his head during the incident.
Police from Coffs Clarence Local Area Command arrived a short time later and conducted an extensive a patrol of the area, however the men could not be found.
A crime scene was established and investigated by specialist forensic officers.
Investigations into the incident are continuing and police are hoping to speak with two men who may be able to assist with inquiries.
