6 July 2015 – Armed Robbery – Convenience Store – Sunnybank Hills

Police are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store on Compton Road, Sunnybank Hills early this morning.

Just after 2am three men entered the business, one was armed with a sword and made demands for cash. Staff complied with demands and the men fled on foot with a sum of money.

No one was injured during the incident.

The men were last seen heading north on Gowan Road wearing hooded jumpers and masks.

Investigations are continuing.
