Police have released CCTV in relation to the Para Hills post office robbery on Wednesday 3 June and are investigating links between theEast Terrace siege on Saturday 13 June as well as other robberies.

At 9.15am on 3 June a man armed with a firearm entered the post office and threatened staff. A second suspect remained outside.

Both men left the scene with cash and no one was physically injured during the incident.

CCTV captured the men inside and outside of the post office, along with a gold or champagne coloured VP Commodore with black wheels. The timestamp on the CCTV outside is not correct.

Police have also released images from a further three robberies;

  • Rose and Crown Bottle Shop at Elizabeth South, 1 June
  • On the Run Alberton, 2 June
  • IGA on Peachey Road at Davoren Park, 7 June
