Police investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store in Springfield Lakes on July 27 have released images of people who may be able to assist with inquiries.

At around 10.15pm, a man and a woman entered the store on Springfield Lakes Boulevard. The man produced a firearm and threatened the 23-year-old male attendant and demanded money.

The attendant complied with the man’s demands, handing over a quantity of cash and cigarettes. The man and woman then fled the scene on foot.

The male attendant was not injured during the incident.Armed Robbery,

The man is described as approximately 175cms tall, of medium build with tanned skin.

The woman is described as approximately 165cms tall, of medium build with tanned skin and multi-coloured hair.
