Police are investigating after a man allegedly attempted to rob a service station at Springwood.
Shortly before 10pm a man entered the Cinderella Drive store and threatened a female staff member with a metal implement, demanding money. Another customer attended the store and the man fled without any cash.
The man is described as about 25 years old, thin build, 173cm tall and of Caucasian appearance.
