22 August 2015 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Woody Point

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a service station at Woody Point early this morning.
Around 3am a man confronted an employee inside the Hornibrook Esplanade store before producing a knife and demanding he hand over cash from the till.
The staff member complied with his demands and fled the scene with a sum of cash.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 170cm tall with a medium build and wearing a black hoodie. He also had a mask covering his face.
