7 October 2015 – Appeal – Armed Robbery – Bottle Shop – Wavell Heights

Police are appealing for public assistance following the armed robbery of a bottle shop on Hamilton Road in Wavell Heights.
At about 2:30pm this afternoon a man entered the store and produced a knife, demanding money from a female staff member.
The staff member complied with the man’s demands and he left the scene on foot, through a nearby alley.
The 26-year-old staff member was not injured during the incident.
The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 183cm tall, of solid build with dark brown facial hair.
