Police investigating an armed robbery at Woody Point last August have released CCTV footage and a CCTV still image of a man that may be able to assist with enquires.

Around 3am on August 22, a man entered a service station on Hornibrook Esplanade, produced a knife and demanded cash from a male staff member.

The staff member complied with demands and the man fled the store with a sum of cash.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, about 170cm tall with a medium build and wearing a black hoodie. He also had a mask covering his face.
