Three men, and a woman have been charged and a teenage girl has been dealt with under the Youth Justice Act in relation to the alleged armed robbery of a Helidon Spa business on October 24.

It will be alleged two men, one dressed as Santa Claus and one as Spiderman entered a Warrego Highway service station armed with a hammer and a sword around 2am and stole a quantity of cigarettes.

No one was injured during the incident.

A 19-year-old Upper Lockyer man has been charged with armed robbery, and two counts of common assault. He has further been charged on unrelated matters with two counts of receiving tainted property, and one count each of stealing, enter premises and commit indictable offence and enter premises and commit indictable offence by break.

An 18-year-old Centenary Heights man has been charged with armed robbery, and two counts of common assault. He has further been charged on unrelated matters with one count of stealing and drug offences.

An 18-year-old man Upper Lockyer has been charged with armed robbery, and two counts of common assault. He has further been charged on unrelated matters with stealing, enter premises and commit indictable offence by break, enter premises and commit indictable offence, two counts of receiving tainted property and two traffic offences.

All three men are expected to appear at the Toowoomba Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday October 26).

A 40-year-old Highfields woman has been charged with receiving tainted property. She has further been charged on unrelated matters with enter premises and commit indictable offence and enter premises and commit indictable offence by break. She has been released on bail to appear at the Toowoomba Magistrates Court on November 24.

A 14-year-old Harlaxton girl has been dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act in relation to this matter.
