A man armed with a knife stole cash during an armed robbery at a Freshwater supermarket last night.
The man entered the Kamerunga Road business shortly before 9pm and threatened a 35-year-old female employee before fleeing on foot with a sum of cash.
He is described as between 160 and 170cms tall and was wearing a dark coloured hooded jumper, black pants, black shoes and a bandana covering his face.
No one was physically injured and police investigations are continuing.
