Detectives are investigating the armed robbery of a business on Parkland Street in Nundah last night.

Around 6.45pm two men, one possibly armed with a firearm, entered the business and demanded money and jewellery from staff.

The staff members complied with their demands and the pair fled the scene with a sum of jewellery, travelling north along Sandgate Road on amotorcycle.

The men were later seen in the area around Kalinga Park in Clayfield.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

One man is described as approximately 185cms tall and was last seen wearing blue track pants, a blue jacket, red T-shirt, black balaclava and a motorcycle helmet.

The second man was last seen wearing a black track suit, balaclava motorcycle helmet.
