Altona North Embona detectives are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery at a bottle shop in Altona last month.
Police have been told a man armed with a knife attended a bottle shop on Civic Parade about 8pm on Friday 6 November.
The bandit approached the female attendant and made demands for cash.
A small amount of cash was handed over and the offender fled the scene.
Investigators have released a digital image of a man they believe can assist with their enquiries.
He’s described as being between 20 – 30 years old, about 170cm tall, with a chubby build and vivid blue or green eyes with dark pigmentation.
