Detectives are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store at Heathwood this morning.
Around 9.10am a man wearing a motorcycle helmet entered the Parkwood Drive store before approaching an employee and ordering hot food.
When the female attendant proceeded to the counter with the hot food items, the man produced a firearm and demanded she handover cash from the till.
Another customer entered the store, prompting the man to grab the food and flee the scene.
The man is described as being about 180cm tall with a proportionate build and was wearing dark pants and a jacket and a black full-face helmet.
