Two men wearing motorcycle helmets and armed with a firearm and crowbar robbed a hotel at Albion last night.
Preliminary information indicates the men entered the gaming area of the Sandgate Road business shortly before 9pm on Sunday March 6. The men threatened staff and patrons, yelling at them to get on the ground, before jumping over a bar and stealing cash.
The pair fled on a motorcycle which is described as possibly blue or black in colour.
One of the men was approximately 183cms tall and was wearing a black helmet, black pants and a white shirt.
No one was physically injured during the robbery and investigations by officers from the Hendra Criminal Investigation Branch are continuing, with police appealing for anyone who may have seen the men or the motorcycle entering or leaving the hotel to contact them.
