8 April 2016 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Kingaroy

Police are investigating the armed robbery of Kingaroy service station last night.

Around 8.20pm, a man entered the business on the corner of Youngman Street and River Road armed with a machete.

The man demanded money from a male staff member who complied before he fled the scene on foot towards Youngman Street.

He was wearing a balaclava, a hooded jumper, long pants and gloves (pictured).

Anyone who may have seen the man or has any other information which may assist detectives is urged to contact Crime Stoppers or local police.
