Police are investigating an armed robbery in East Corrimal yesterday.
About 6.30pm (Wednesday 8 June 2016), a man entered a service station on Pioneer Road, near the intersection of Murray Road.
He threatened the two attendants with a knife and demanded cash, to which they complied.
The man left the service station and was last seen riding a bicycle south on Pioneer Road
Officers from Wollongong Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene.
Police investigating the incident would like to speak with a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.
The man is described as being about 183cm tall with a solid build and a fair complexion.
He was last seen wearing a yellow bike helmet and a black cloth covering his face. He was wearing long black pants and a dark blue long-sleeved hooded top.
