Detectives are searching for a man who held up a convenience store at Redbank Plains this morning.
Just before 7.30am the man entered the Alawoona Street business before producing a knife and demanding cash from the attendant.
The staff member complied with his demands and the man fled the scene on foot with a sum of cash.
No one, including customers in the store at the time, was physically injured during the incident.
The man (pictured) is described as being Caucasian in appearance, aged in his early 20s with a proportionate build and was wearing a grey ‘Champion’ hoodie, black pants, white shoes and green and yellow gardening gloves.
