Riverland CIB Detectives have released CCTV images following an armed robbery at a Berri service station early yesterday morning.

Just before 2am on Tuesday 20 September, a man armed with a knife threatened the console operator at the United service station on the Old Sturt Highway, stealing cash and cigarettes.

The suspect described as a male Caucasian aged in his 30’s, wearing a dark hooded top, fled on foot.

Detectives investigating the robbery, today released CCTV images of the suspect taken from the service station.

Police patrols searched the area but the suspect wasn’t located.

There were no reported injuries.
