Detectives have released CCTV vision of a man who may be able to assist in the investigation of the armed robbery of a pizza store that occurred in Deception Bay on October 4.

Two men, one armed with a hammer, have entered the store on Bay Avenue around 11pm. The armed man has then jumped the counter and confronted a staff member and made demands for money.

The staff member has complied and the two men then left the store on foot with a sum of money.

The two men were last seen crossing Deception Bay Road towards Brisbane Crescent.

The armed man was described as about 184cm tall with a heavy set and the other man was described as about 180cm tall also with a heavy set.
