July 8, 2011 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – Windaroo

Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Windaroo service station overnight in which a sum of cash was taken by a man wielding a knife.
Around 11pm, a man has entered the Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road store and threatened the 36-year-old male attendant while demanding cash.
The man has proceeded to climb over the counter and push the attendant to the ground before making away with a sum of cash from the till.
The offender was last seen heading south on foot along Beaudesert-Beenleigh Road.
No one was injured during this incident.
