Police are investigating a robbery at Ridleyton, where a man stole cash from a liquor store.
Just after 8.30pm, a man armed with a knife entered the BWS store on South Road and threatened staff, before stealing cash and running away across Hawker Street, and was last seen heading north on Wright Street.
No one was injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, aged in his mid 20s, medium build, facial hair, and was wearing a royal blue cap, grey long-sleeved jumper, black jeans, black shoes and concealed his face with a white bandanna.
