28 October 2016 – Armed Robbery – Service Station – East Brisbane

Police are investigating following the robbery of a service station in East Brisbane overnight.
Initial investigations indicate at about 11.30pm a man attended the Lytton Road store and threatened a staff member with a pair of scissors demanding cash.
The male staff member complied and the man left the store with a sum of cash. He was last seen headed toward Mowbray Park.
The staff member was not injured during the incident and the man is described as 160cm tall with a slim build and Caucasian in appearance.
