Police have released CCTV and images following an armed robbery in Patterson Lakes yesterday morning.

Investigators have been told a man wearing a skeleton mask and armed with a scalpel-like knife entered the Thompson Road service station, near McLeod Road, about 5.20am on Thursday 3 November.

Once inside, the man made demands for cash and cigarettes.

The man placed a small amount of cash and cigarettes into a shopping bag before fleeing in a westerly direction on Thompsons Road on foot.

No one was physically injured during the incident

Detectives from Kingston Crime Investigation Unit are investigating the incident and have released images and CCTV of a man they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
